A practical recommendation—not a claim of scientific optimality.

Configure your day and select “Build my schedule” to see the timeline.

How to use it

  1. Set the workday, long break and planning style.
  2. Add tasks, marking only movable work as splittable.
  3. Fix meetings to a start time, then build and review any overflow.

FAQ

How is the schedule created?

Fixed meetings and breaks are placed first. Remaining tasks are ordered by priority and cognitive demand, then fitted into deterministic blocks for the selected style.

Does my task data leave this browser?

No. Planning, validation and exports run locally, and the tool does not persist your entries after the page is closed.

Can I save the plan?

Yes. Print or save it as a PDF, download Markdown or JSON, or copy a plain-text version.

A clearer next step

A workday that feels possible.

A useful plan does more than fill every available minute. It makes the important work visible, protects the attention demanding tasks require, and shows you early when the day is carrying too much. Use this planner before opening your editor, after priorities change, or whenever an unstructured task list starts creating more pressure than direction.

You will get the most from it by being honest about duration and marking work as splittable only when stopping midway is genuinely practical. The result is not a promise of a perfect day; it is a realistic starting point you can print, adjust, and use to reduce context switching while keeping unfinished work in view.

Your entries are never shared with the server. Everything is calculated in this browser tab, so you can use the tool freely without exposing private tasks or decisions.
